You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers

Do you offer service only for dogs?

While dogs are certainly a big part of our day, we are also cat parents and absolutely adore and care for cats too. Our pet-sitting services are purr-fectly suited for feline friends, offering everything from feeding and litter box care to playtime and companionship, all in the comfort of your home.

What areas in Connecticut do you service?

To ensure the highest quality care and timely service, we currently serve the following communities: Fairfield County, Wallingford, Chesire, Southington, Hamden, North Haven, and Meriden.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Absolutely! We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your peace of mind. This means you and your beloved pets are protected in the unlikely event of an accident, injury, or unforeseen circumstance while they are in our care. We are happy to provide proof of our credentials upon request during our initial consultation.

How do I get started with your pet-sitting services?

Getting started is easy! The first step is to contact us via phone or our website to discuss your specific pet care needs and schedule. We'll then arrange a complimentary "Meet & Greet" consultation at your home. This allows us to meet you and your pets, learn about their routines, answer any questions you may have, and gather all necessary information for their care.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. For regular, non-holiday bookings, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. For major holiday periods, we require 72 hours or 1 week notice due to high demand. Cancellations made outside of these windows may incur a fee. We strive to be flexible and appreciate your understanding.

What happens in case of a pet emergency while I'm away?

Your pet's safety is our top priority. In the event of a medical emergency, we will immediately attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, we will transport your pet to your designated veterinarian or the nearest emergency animal hospital if your vet is unavailable. All emergency contact and veterinary information will be collected and confirmed during our "Meet & Greet" session to ensure a swift and appropriate response.
